Booking and Payment Information

Booking Policy:
  • Bookings can be made online or by contacting our reservation team directly.
  • A valid credit/debit card or bank transfer is required to guarantee your booking.
  • Check-in time is 2pm, and check-out time is 12pm.
  • Payment Validate Booking and Reservations.
Payment Policy:
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Verve.
  • Bank transfers are also accepted, please contact us for details.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
  • A 50% deposit is required for group bookings (5 rooms or more).
Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival will incur no penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night’s stay.
  • No-shows will incur a penalty of the full stay.
